Guiding you onto the path to the real you, is it possible? Does the real you even exist?

Do you ever wonder what it would be like to be really happy? Do you ever watch other people with jealousy, that they have it all and you don't?

The thoughts we think of everyday are sending us down a path that is lonely, unhappy and negative. If only we knew that if we could just change our thoughts to focus on more positive things, that good things would come to us. This is not taught to us unfortunately, and it is almost frowned upon to be positive about anything these days, especially in such a crazy world as we are living in now.

You don't need to look at other people and compare what you have or don't have to them. You create your own reality, being bitter about someone else's success is not going to get you where you want to be anytime soon.

However, there is a lot you can do in order to bring these things your way if you just got out of the negative mentality that we all live in. I have been that person who compares themselves to others, wished I was as thin as that person, or as pretty, or as popular! But it doesn't do anything except cause yourself anxiety, depression, worry, jealousy and all negative emotions, not to mention hurtful feelings towards others. You end up in this downward spiral of worthlessness and when you get that far down, you become a victim of your own thoughts and emotions, which enable bad things to enter your life.
